Phase 2 of the NW Tyler St. Reconstruction Project will start April 17, 2023. This project will reconstruct NW Tyler St. from Paramore St. to Beverly St. as a 2-lane concrete road similar to the project completed in 2022 from Beverly to Lyman Rd.
The first phase of the 2023 project will reconstruct the intersection of Tyler and Paramore. It will start on April 17 and take approximately 3-weeks to complete. During this phase, the intersection will be closed to traffic and businesses and residents west of Tyler on Paramore will use a temporary access road on the southwest corner of the intersection for local access.
Upon reconstruction of the intersection, Tyler St. from Paramore St. to Waddell St. will be closed and temporary access roads will be constructed for local access.
A public meeting will be held Thursday, April 13th at the Seaman Community Church at 2036 NW Taylor St. from 5:30-6:30pm. Representatives from the city, the design team, and the contractor will be available present and answer questions about the project.
